Our final Calm Abiding session was a special moment, filled with laughter, connection, and a shared sense of accomplishment. The group gathered to enjoy some pizza and each other’s company, reflecting on the journey we’ve taken together over the past eight weeks. It was heartwarming to see the bonds that have formed, creating a beautiful community spirit. This celebration marked not just the end of our sessions, but the beginning of a lasting connection grounded in mindfulness and mutual support. A wonderful way to conclude our journey together!

We’re excited to announce that Greg has kindly volunteered to run drop-in Calm Abiding meditation sessions at MBC on Thursdays from 24th October to 21st November, 6pm – 6.50pm. This is in addition to our regular sessions on Mondays at 6pm and Sunday mornings at 8am.
