With the rising cost of living, many families in our community are finding it harder to put food on the table. The local food bank, run by the Uniting Church in St Georges Basin, has seen an increase in demand as more people are turning to them for support.

To help meet this growing need, we’re setting up a donation box at MBC. If you’re able to contribute, please consider donating pantry items such as tins, cereal, biscuits, rice, lentils, and other non-perishable goods. These donations will be collected weekly and added to ongoing contributions to the food bank.

Every little bit helps. Your generosity will provide much-needed support to local families who are struggling during this difficult time. Together, we can make a real difference for those in need.

The donation box will be available at MBC, and we encourage you to contribute whenever you can. MBC is always open during our weekly and monthly sessions.
